Welcome to Mind Over Munching, a blog created to allow me to be accountable to you, my readers, with my weight loss journey but also to provide you with hints, tips and resources to help you with your own weight management journey!

The most important thing I would say before we get started, is that weight loss and management is a very personal thing, and don’t let anyone else (except of course a medical professional) tell you what you need to do! It’s hard enough with the pressure we put on ourselves, let alone added pressure from others!
